Marta A. Tice has been a professional member of American Society of Interior Designer (ASID) for over thirty years. She holds a state license as a certified interior designer, CID and received a degree in Interior Design from American University with an emphasis on the History of Decorative Arts.

 

Architectural Concepts & Interiors (ACI) offers a range of services for both residential and commercial applications including space planning for furniture placement, floor plans, elevations and working drawings for remodeling kitchens and baths. Lighting plans and electrical plans can also be provided. Universal Design and Aging in Place bathrooms are a part of our repertoire. We can work with your contractor to effectively communicate the plans for construction.

Interior design for both residential and commercial purposes include interior furnishing suggestions and the procurement for furniture, flooring, window treatments, paint colors, accessories as well as sustainable and green products. Project Management is provided to oversee the installation for the above.
